Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software.
This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews.
Basic knowledge in SDLC (Software development life cycle) and IT Infrastructure
Basic understanding in IT Governance Framework (COBIT / ITIL / TOGAF) and UML and/or BPMN is a plus

Applicants who have less than 2 years of similar experience or fresh graduates will have 6 months on the job training (OJT) and will be bound by Vostra Academy T&C.
You have at least 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role developing highly scalable applications
Good in English (written & spoken)
Hands on expertise in Java / Javascript or its derivatives (NodeJS, Kotlin, Springboot, Typescript, Scala, etc)
Have hands on experience on Flutter.
Experience to Lean/XP practices (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration/Delivery for both Mobile & Back-end)
Experience working in Agile Software development
